SPEED AND AGILITY

Speed and Agility training is one of our strengths at Corespeed Gym. Our speed drills and agility exercises are designed to increase an athlete’s overall quickness. We take our students through an entire eight to twelve week speed, agility and quickness training program.

Exercises include speed agility ladder workouts, cone workouts, jumping exercises, band drills, reaction training, small hurdles, and much, much more.

These Speed and Agility workouts will significantly improve reaction times, sprint times, and quickness for athletes of all sports. We have had great success training athletes from football, baseball, basketball, softball, volleyball, wrestling, swimming, soccer, and tennis.

We work on speed and agility with elementary school kids, high school athletes, college athletes, and pro athletes in Round Rock, Austin, Hutto, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Cedar Park and Leander.

In Season Training (1X per week)

This 1 hour long program is designed for athletes who are currently in-season but want to maintain strength, improve speed and quickness and reduce the occurrence of injury.

Winter Athletic Performance Program ( 2-3 X per week)

The workout consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.
