JR SPEED/AGILITY Training
Ages 8-12yrs old

Our Speed and Agility workouts will significantly improve reaction times, sprint times, and quickness for athletes of all sports.  Exercises include speed agility ladder workouts, cone workouts, jumping exercises, band drills, reaction training, small hurdles, and much, much more.
Minimum of 4 sessions per month

H.S. ELITE SPEED Training
Ages 13-18yrs old

Elite Speed class focuses on Speed, Endurance and Power.
The workout is demanding and the recovery from the workout is minimal.  
Data Collection occurs throughout the class to verify our sustainable results.

Youth WRESTLING
Ages 8-18yrs old

Youth wrestling includes both Open Mat practices and Club Folkstyle Wrestling for wrestlers looking to compete. Collegiate style of wrestling with the objective to control and pin your opponent. Stay mat conditioned throughout the year. No experience necessary.  Must have USA Wrestling Membership.

Club Wrestling Programs are seasonal. Our Corespeed Wrestling Team competes throughout the Central Region during Folkstyle season (Nov-Feb) and Freestyle season (March-May)
