All Individual Training Sessions Start With An Athletic Assessment
Athletic Assessment consists of a comprehensive evaluation, based on strength, balance, and speed components that are required to properly achieve athletic development. Individualized program is then designed based on athletic assessment results.

1 Hour session with Intro Workout
After Assessment –With your fitness goals in mind, Individual Training sessions focus on improving your muscular endurance, cardiovascular capabilities, and increase your physical flexibility. Designed for beginners or advanced athletes ranging from age 13 years and up.
IMPORTANT: You must have an Athletic Assessment prior to booking individual training sessions.
