Club WRESTLING  ages 8-18

Our Corespeed Wrestling Team competes throughout the Central Region area (Including El Paso, Amarillo, Dallas, and Houston).  We offer competition-level training as well as beginner-level training to reach competition status.  Ages 8-18yrs old / Boys & Girls
No experience needed 

OCTOBER - FEBRUARY
USA Folkstyle youth, high school, and collegiate style of wrestling to control and pin your opponent.  

MARCH - MAY 
USA Freestyle/Greco for youth and high school wrestlers. These are two styles of wrestling contested in the Olympic Games.
 
Must have a USA wrestling card to participate in practice and competition settings.

Registration Still Open

OPEN MAT WRESTLING  ages 8-18

AUGUST - SEPTEMBER
Open Mat primarily focuses on Freestyle and Folkstyle wrestling drills top and bottom, as well as conditioning. Open to all wrestlers in the area.  Collegiate style of wrestling with the objective to control and pin your opponent.

Ages 8-18 / Boys & Girls / No experience is necessary.  

Must have current USA wrestling card to participate in practice.  www.usawmembership.com

High School 7:00 - 8:30pm
